1. Our group’s average score on the checklist about how we interact in group settings was a ten. This says that we all have a low level of communication apprehension and should have any issues regarding expressing ideas and opinions in developing our website.
2. A) We will pause work and critically examine ideas being presented.
B) We will not discourage conflict by dismissing any ideas.
C) We will efficiently discuss ideas to make decisions and progress with the assignment.
3. A) If there is disagreement, ideas will be discussed until a full understanding of both sides is developed.
B) If a group member is not pulling their weight, they will be confronted by other members in a non-threatening manner to resolve any issues nonviolently.
C) If one group member is becoming too controlling, it is the responsibility of other group members to help evaluate roles in the group.
4. A) It is the responsibility of each individual group member to ensure their ideas are adequately expressed to the group.
B) If there is disagreement, all members will be open to hearing arguments of other group members to ensure balanced discussion.
C) Interruption will not be tolerated.
